Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of TiAl-based Alloy

Two phases gamma titanium aluminide alloy,Ti-46.5Al-2.5V-1Cr.was investigated to characterizemicrostructures and to define the microstructure/mechanical property relationship.Many kinds ofmicrostructure of gamma and α_2 phases were obtained by heat treatments in the α+γ,α_2+γ and αfields.The effects of microstructure on tensile properties,fracture toughness and J-R resistancecurve at room temperature,were systematically studied.The experimental results showed that themicrostructure had a strong effect on mechanical properties,The duplex microstructure produced byheat treatment at 1250℃×4 h with controlled cooling resulted in the highest ductility of 4.8% tensileelongation,low fracture toughness and crack growth resistance.The fully lamellar microstructureproduced by heat treatment in the α field having large grain sizes resulted in the highest fracturetoughness but the lowest ductility.

用缓慢升温法成功研制出非铁电性二元系压电新晶体Ａｌ０．８８Ｇａ０．１２ＰＯ４，通过原子光谱吸收，Ｒｕｔｈｅｒｆｏｒｄ背散射及Ｘ射线粉末衍射测定其组分结构，并给出了新晶体和电弹常数和温度系数。     

XAFS applications in semiconductors

X-ray absorption fine structure （XAFS） has experienced a rapid development in the last three decades and has proven to be a powerful structural characterization technique nowadays. In this review, the XAFS basic principles including the theory, the data analysis, and the experiments have been introduced in detail. To show its strength as a local structure probe, the XAFS applications in semiconductors are summarized comprehensively, that is, thin films, quantum wells and dots, dilute magnetic semiconductors, and so on. In addition, certain new XAFS-related techniques, such as in-situ XAFS, micro-XAFS, and time-resolved XAFS are also shown.

新型清洁压裂液的实验室合成

研制出一种新型的双子季铵盐表面活性剂———N,N-双十八烷基-N,N,N,N-四醇乙基-二溴乙二铵(Gemini-OHAB),对用Gemini-OHAB及其它辅剂配制的新型压裂液体系性能进行了研究。结果表明:该体系具有良好的粘弹性、悬砂性能、低温溶解性以及抗温稳定性能;而且由于双子季铵盐表面活性剂中引入了醇乙基,该新型压裂液体系解决了传统季铵盐类清洁压裂液体系的低温不溶性及高生物毒性,也克服了甜菜碱类清洁压裂液体系抗温性能低的缺点,具有良好的市场应用前景。
